Our founder, Patricia, started this practice with a vision rooted in her father's legacy and her own journey through the mental health field.

After nearly 16 years as a licensed clinical social worker and experience leading community mental health organizations, she recognized something crucial: exceptional therapists need exceptional support to do their best work.

  • We welcome both! We have a robust supervision program for associates working toward licensure, as well as positions for seasoned professionals looking for a collaborative practice environment.

  • We serve a diverse client base, including adults, teens, couples, and families. Our specialties include anxiety, depression, trauma recovery, LGBTQ+ affirming care, and relationship counseling. We're committed to serving underrepresented communities.

  • We're in-network with major insurance providers, including Anthem, Kaiser, Aetna, Cigna, United Healthcare, Medicare, and MediCal. We also offer fee-for-service options and sliding scale programs.

  • Associates receive weekly individual supervision plus group consultation. Licensed clinicians have access to peer consultation and can request additional supervision as needed. We believe in continuous learning and support.
