Winter 2025 Virtual Cohort | Three 2-Hour Saturday Sessions | Limited to 4 Couples Per Volume

Reserve Your Spot Today

Based on decades of research by The Gottman Institute, our Couples Coaching Pilot Program is a three-volume virtual workshop series designed to help couples strengthen their relationship through evidence-based tools and skills.

Led by Tonya Washington-Hendricks, AMFT, a Certified Gottman Leader, this program combines expert teaching with private couple exercises in a supportive small group setting. You won't share personal problems in front of others—instead, you'll learn research-backed techniques and practice them privately with your partner while benefiting from the group learning environment.

Each 2-hour session focuses on specific relationship skills, from building friendship and managing conflict to creating shared meaning and maintaining long-term connection.
