Learn to Understand Your Anger & Respond with Confidence
A skills-based, virtual workshop designed to help you build healthier communication, manage stress, and develop lasting emotional regulation tools.
ANGER MANAGEMENT GROUP WORKSHOP
This workshop isn't about suppressing your anger or pretending it doesn't exist.
It's about understanding what's underneath your anger and learning healthier ways to express and channel this powerful emotion.
Anger often signals that something important to you has been threatened or violated. When you learn to listen to that signal instead of being controlled by it, you can actually strengthen your relationships and self-awareness. Our Anger Management Workshop is a structured, psychoeducational program led by Nadra Rachell, ACSW, a Certified Anger Management Specialist, that gives you practical tools in a supportive group setting.
This is separate from our individual anger management therapy services. While therapy dives into the personal roots of anger through ongoing therapeutic work, this workshop focuses on building concrete skills in a structured group format that you can apply immediately in your daily life.

Nadra understands that anger doesn't exist in a vacuum. Her approach considers the full picture: the stress you carry, the experiences that shaped you, and the systems you navigate every day.
