Group Therapy at Alba Wellness Group

You don't have to work through it alone.

Individual therapy helps you understand yourself. Group therapy helps you practice being yourself with other people. At Alba Wellness Group, our therapy groups bring together people working on similar challenges, from anger and anxiety to big emotions and the changes of later life, to learn practical skills and support each other.

All our groups are led by a trained clinician in a structured, confidential setting. With offices in Panorama City in the San Fernando Valley and Lancaster in the Antelope Valley, we serve clients across Los Angeles County. Our groups meet online, so anyone in California can join from home.

Why group therapy works

  • You're not the only one. Hearing others describe what you've been feeling eases shame and isolation.

  • You practice, not just talk. Groups are a safe place to try new skills with real people before using them at home, at work or in relationships.

  • You learn from many perspectives. Other members share what has worked for them, and you get feedback from more than one person.

  • It's structured and skills-based. Each session has a clear focus, and you leave with something to practice that week.

  • It's affordable. Group sessions cost less than individual therapy, and many groups accept insurance.
