As a therapist, she creates a safe space where individuals can explore their authentic selves, embrace growth, and reclaim their lives. Inspired by the resilience and transformation of her clients, Nadra finds deep fulfillment in being a compassionate partner in their journey toward healing and self-discovery. With over 14 years of experience in the mental health field, beginning as a substance abuse counselor and evolving into her role as a psychotherapist, Nadra holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work from NYU and an undergraduate degree in Psychology. Her approach integrates evidence-based practices like CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and motivational interviewing, allowing her to tailor support to diverse populations, including BIPOC, women of color, veterans, and LGBTQIA2S+ individuals. Outside of therapy, Nadra’s creativity shines through her love of photography, storytelling, and art, which she integrates into her practice to foster connection and growth. Grounded in the belief that “happiness is an inside job,” she empowers clients to reclaim their power and live authentically, offering a collaborative, compassionate, and uniquely tailored therapeutic experience.
