She works with clients experiencing the pressures of culture, family, and community, providing a safe space for them to make decisions based on their own desires, not the expectations of others. Nathalie’s goal is to help clients gain peace of mind, balance their work and family life, and prioritize self-care. She is committed to guiding individuals towards healthier connections and empowering them to lead fulfilling lives. With a background in social services and public health, Nathalie has worked with individuals from various backgrounds, including children, adolescents, families, and adults. She utilizes therapeutic interventions such as CBT, DBT, and Person-Centered Therapy to address issues like anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief, trauma, and PTSD. Therapy with Nathalie offers a path toward transformation, insight, and interpersonal resolution. Outside of therapy, Nathalie enjoys crafting, drawing, and spending time with her Australian Cattle dog, Daisy.
