Sidney Brown, APCC

Registered Associate Professional Clinical Counselor #16153

Sidney is passionate about helping others gain control of their emotions, find peace of mind, and embrace confidence in their fully human selves.

With extensive experience treating children and teens, she specializes in addressing mood challenges like anxiety and depression, as well as navigating relational concerns such as boundaries and attachment. Sidney became a therapist to support those who feel lost or consumed by overwhelming emotions, drawing from a multicultural, holistic, and human-centered approach. She encourages clients to come as they are and bring what they have, offering a supportive space to sort through life’s challenges together. Outside of therapy, Sidney finds joy in spending time outdoors, having tracked over 600 miles last year, and draws inspiration from her favorite book, The Tao of the Wu, for its blend of pop culture and spiritual insights. Guided by the belief that “thoughts become things, choose the good ones,” she helps clients on their journey to discovering joy and acceptance.
